FoSIBLE: Fostering Social Interaction for the Well-being of The elderly

The FoSIBLE project – Fostering Social Interaction for the Well-Being of the Elderly – aims at research and development of new media for enabling more participation and quality of life for elderly people.

By fostering social interaction of elderly people by means of innovative ICT the project wishes to contribute to improvements of the home living situation and to provide more quality of life, social embeddedness and independence in advanced age.

FoSIBLE project partners come from Germany, France, and Austria. The project is being funded by the European Program “Ambient Assisted Living Joint Programme” (AAL JP).
