PiHub – Palestinian Innovation Hub

PiHub is an interdisciplinary innovation hub, which aims to develop a community of diverse stakeholders from the growing innovation ecosystem in Palestine. A steering committee was formed from representative actors who are based in the diverse innovation and entrepreneurial landscape. The steering committee will try to find suitable solutions and design implications in a participatory manner under moderation of the University of Siegen. As a first step in this preparatory phase, the ecosystem will be explored, evaluated and mutually reflected, in order to understand how an intervention can be implemented. From this preparatory phase, a follow-up project will evolve, in which the actual intervention is then implemented collaboratively with the steering committee in accordance to the identified needs.
