    Sonja Heinemann absolvierte 2021 ihren Master in Sozialwissenschaften an der Universität in Siegen. In ihrer Masterarbeit beschäftigte sie sich mit Narrativen der Nachhaltigkeit im organisationalen Kontext. Ihren Bachelorabschluss erwarb sie im Fachbereich Sozialwissenschaften mit dem Ergänzungsfach Sprache und Kommunikation ebenfalls in Siegen. Bevor sie sich für das Studium in Sozialwissenschaften entschied, machte sie eine Ausbildung als Industriekauffrau in einem kunststoffverarbeitenden Familienunternehmen in ihrer Heimat im Sauerland.

    Im universitären Bereich bekam sie als studentische Hilfskraft im sustainKMU-Projekt (2018-2021) die Chance, erste Erfahrungen und Eindrücke in der Forschung und Projektarbeit am Lehrstuhl für Neue Medien und Wirtschaftsinformatik zu sammeln. Im nahtlosen Übergang begann sie ihren Job als Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin im Mittelstand 4.0-Kompetenzzentrum Siegen. Dort forscht und arbeitet sie im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit und Betrieblicher Gesundheitsförderung.

      This paper explores future opportunities for care through practice-based inter-ventions in real care settings and the use of design fiction as a method. Based on real innovation spaces within care-schools, we applied a design fiction approach to conceptualize and envision future care scenarios that include prototypical so-lutions for a digital transformation for both, people who in care contexts and people in need of care.
