Ziel des Projektes war die Ausarbeitung einer Analyse des Pilot-Projektes ‚Online-Petitionen‘ des Deutschen Bundestages. Im Fokus der Untersuchungen standen Usability-Aspekte ebenso wie Aspekte der computerunterstützten kollaborativen Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Online-Petitionen.
